Elizabeth Burch
President/CEO
Ms. Elizabeth Burch is President, CEO, and majority owner of Dignitas Technologies. Ms. Burch has over 30 years of experience in the MS&T industry, from software engineering to managing numerous complex simulation systems. At Dignitas, Ms. Burch sets the strategic direction and oversees all aspects of the business.
Ms. Burch has been presented with numerous awards in simulation, including the 2013 SBA Woman-Owned Business Person of the Year for the State of Florida, and supports many industry and charitable organizations as an advisor.
Jon Watkins
COO
Mr. Jon Watkins is the founder, co-owner, and COO of Dignitas Technologies. Mr. Watkins has over 30 years of experience in MS&T, from development of the SIMNET system and the Close Combat Tactical Trainer to modernization of DoD training systems.
While he works in many disciplines within MS&T, Mr. Watkins has a particular interest in geospatial processing/services, computer generated forces, and lightweight simulators.
Mr. Watkins provides executive leadership for Dignitas, particularly across all programs and technical functions of the company.
Eva Mieswinkel
General Manager
Ms. Eva Mieswinkel is the General Manager for Dignitas Technologies. Ms. Mieswinkel brings over 20 years of MS&T industry experience from a broad range of disciplines and multiple defense contractors. At Dignitas, Ms. Mieswinkel oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations with an emphasis on business development and strategic initiatives. Ms. Mieswinkel is a graduate of Lockheed Martin’s Leadership Development Program.
Bob Burch
CTO
Mr. Bob Burch is the CTO for Dignitas Technologies. Mr. Burch has over 40 years of experience in MS&T. Mr. Burch has a wide range of simulation experience including virtual platforms, constructive systems, large system architectures, and product line architectures. Mr. Burch has been the Chief Scientist, Software Architect, Architecture Modeler, and System Architect of numerous programs. At Dignitas, Mr. Burch identifies technology advancements and provides technical guidance and leadership across programs and research.
Greg Dukstein
Engineering
Mr. Greg Dukstein is the Director of Engineering at Dignitas Technologies. Mr. Dukstein has over 35 years of experience in MS&T as a software developer, systems engineer, team lead, and Chief Engineer. Mr. Dukstein has leadership experience at all levels from small software development teams to major simulation program. At Dignitas, Mr. Dukstein provides direction for all engineering aspects of the business.
Klainie Nedoroscik
Program Excellence
Ms. Klainie Nedoroscik is the Program Excellence Team Lead for Dignitas Technologies. She has worked as a program manager since 2004, supporting DoD customers as a Government contractor. Her program management experience includes large, long-term training and simulation development, research and analysis, and training evaluation. Ms. Nedoroscik acts as a cross-organization liaison, ensuring Dignitas programs are supported and adhere to relevant processes and standards. She leads a team of program administration and control professionals to help facilitate all phases of the program lifecycle for Dignitas PMs.
Don Hamilton
Business Development
Mr. Don Hamilton is the Business Development Director of Navy accounts for Dignitas Technologies. Mr. Hamilton is a retired Navy Surface Warfare Officer. Following his career in the Navy, he joined the MS&T community and held multiple management positions, including serving as the Studio Director overseeing the production of highly immersive virtual courseware.
Mr. Hamilton has coupled his Navy and MS&T experience with his knowledge of the DoD customer, proposal development, and project management to pursue new business opportunities and expand on Dignitas’ existing Navy contracts.
Theresa Tamash
Business Development
Ms. Theresa Tamash is the Business Development Lead at Dignitas Technologies. Her background includes program support, system, and software development of virtual and constructive MS&T training systems. Ms. Tamash has managed a wide array of activities within Dignitas’ business development team, including opportunity and concept development, workflow definition, product marketing and sales, and proposal execution.
Shannon Baran
Contracts
Ms. Shannon Baran is the Contracts Manager at Dignitas Technologies. Her background includes full life cycle activities for contracts and subcontracts, including proposal submission, negotiation, management, and closeout for multi-million-dollar funding portfolios. Ms. Baran’s unique contracting experience in both the public and private sector has exposed her to a wide range of contract and acquisition types from Federal, State, For-Profit, and Non-Profit customers, and a multitude of contract compliance issues.
Ms. Baran is an active member of the NCMA and has held multiple positions in the Mid-Florida chapter, including President and Treasurer.
Eliana Booker
Finance
Ms. Eliana Booker is the Finance Manager at Dignitas Technologies. She has experience in managing all aspects of business’ finances, including accounting, financial planning, audits, and taxes. Ms. Booker manages all company financial accounts, works closely with both large- and small-scale programs, and assists with financial analysis for the company executives. Ms. Booker is a key member of the business operations team assisting with the implementation of business technology and improving financial processes.
Patricia Markuck
Human Resources
Ms. Patricia Markuck is the Human Resources Manager for Dignitas Technologies. Prior to joining the company, she managed her own law firm for over 10 years. Ms. Markuck is responsible for all on-boarding activities; recruitment; training; compensation analysis; benefits administration; compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; and monitors the performance evaluation program. Ms. Markuck also works with the Executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
