Dignitas Technologies, LLC is a Woman Owned Small Disadvantaged Business (WOSDB), founded in 2004, with a focus on complex modeling and simulation software, primarily for the Department of Defense (DoD). Our experience spans Live, Virtual, and Constructive training domains, primarily for U.S. Army applications. Dignitas personnel are involved in both advanced research activities as well as large programs of record. Dignitas leads advanced research initiatives addressing a wide range of training technology issues. Dignitas staff has a broad and diverse background in software and architecture, spanning all phases of development and programs from small research efforts (such as Phase I SBIRs) to large programs of record. While we have a mixture of staffing levels from college interns to executive staff, the majority of our staff are strong senior personnel, providing us a strong core to support customers. This core facilitates responsiveness and ensures our ability to respond to growth.
Dignitas has developed and is utilizing a set of repeatable Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) Level 3 compliant processes for daily operations and is preparing for CMMI certification. These processes have been developed with future CMMI certification in mind, building upon our staff’s long CMMI experience. Our experience through previous companies with CMMI processes includes direct support of CMMI assessments through Levels 3, 4, and 5. The majority of Dignitas personnel have worked on programs operating at Level 5, including critical roles such as PM, Chief Engineer, System Architect, and technical lead roles. Dignitas personnel were in PM, Chief Engineer, or technical lead roles for programs that underwent auditor evaluations in support of Level 3, 4, and 5 assessments.
