Dignitas Technologies has participated in the Synthetic Environment Core Architecture & Integration (SE Core A&I). Dignitas personnel provided technical leadership and development effort in integrating ERC into CCTT and AVCATT. Dignitas has multiple personnel supporting SE Core A&I with OneSAF integration into CCTT and AVCATT, working areas as diverse as behaviors, SNE / Dynamic Terrain, and simulation management.

Dignitas Technologies has supported CAE on the SE Core Database Virtual Environment Development (SE Core DVED). Our earlier focus was on CCTT Database Generation (e.g. Fort Bliss) and dynamic environments. Dignitas’ role has grown to include system integration for new confederate programs (AVCATT) as well as continued development of the database generation process.

Homestation Instrumentation Training System (HITS)

The HITS supports collective maneuver training for platoon through battalion units. By integrating with future and legacy Tactical Engagement Simulation (TES), the HITS provides position location and weapons effects data for real-time exercise monitoring and After Action Review (AAR) capability. HITS supports force-on-force and force-on-target training across the full spectrum of operations at a security level up to Secret System High. The HITS is part of the Live Training Transformation – Family of Training Systems (LT2-FTS) and is based on the Common Training Instrumentation Architecture (CTIA). The CTIA provides the foundation for Common Components across the live training product line. Common components such as exercise planning, exercise preparation, exercise control, After Action Review (AAR) preparation and presentation, in concert with CTIA services, processes, rules and standards, support the full spectrum of training. HITS is interoperable with other external systems through DIS, HLA or TENA protocols.

The Shared Architecture for Dynamic Environments (SHADE) is conducting dynamic terrain research. Dignitas Technologies provides technical and coordination support to ARA on this RDECOM-funded effort. Our expertise spans many previous Army dynamic terrain efforts, especially CCTT and upgrades to OneSAF capabilities. We also support ARA with our extensive experience on SE Core and related programs. Our personnel support dynamic environment testbed development activities.
