April 20, 2011
Dignitas Technologies has received $500k in additional Phase III funding
to extend a variety of technology threads and support transition related
to Dignitas’ High Fidelity Runtime Database Engine (HFRDE) SBIR. This
effort will be supported by a diverse set of subcontractors, including
ARA, Gamesim, and Edgewise Technologies, and will address mobile device
technologies, user trials, Live training transition, compact terrain
representations, and more. Jon Watkins, Dignitas’ CTO, said “We are
very excited to have so many transition partners interested in building
upon the foundation of our Phase II SBIR work. This will allow us to
continue our support for concepts, prototypes, and real-world use cases
for mobile devices with organizations such as PM TRADE and U.S. Military
Academy.”
